Data collected
When you send a booking request or use the contact form: surname, first name, email, phone number, childcare address, dates and times, number and ages of children (first name optional) and special requests.
We collect the bare minimum about children. Please do not include detailed health information in the form: we will discuss it in person if needed.
Why?
- To answer your request, organise the childcare and send you confirmations, quotes and reminders (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract).
- To meet our legal obligations (invoices for entertainment services).
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
How long?
- Requests not followed by a booking: 1 year.
- Bookings and client records: 3 years after the last booking.
- Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
Who has access?
Only Anne, and the technical providers needed for the service:
- netcup (website and database hosting, Germany);
- Resend (automatic emails);
- Google (childcare scheduling calendar);
- Stripe (online payment for birthday parties and events, where applicable).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used (for example to log in to the client area). Audience measurement is anonymous and cookie-free.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or request its portability by writing to contact@annsitter.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
