Booking and cancellation terms

1. Booking request

A request sent from the website is not a booking: it only becomes firm once I confirm it by email. The price shown is an estimate based on the times and number of children entered.

2. Childcare

For childcare, the family is the private employer and declares me through CESU or Pajemploi. The wage is the confirmed net hourly rate multiplied by the hours actually worked. A 50% surcharge applies on New Year’s Day.

The number of children looked after at the same time always depends on their ages, needs and safety conditions.

3. Birthday parties and events

Birthday parties and events are invoiced by ANN’ SITTER (micro-enterprise, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). A deposit may be requested to secure the date; the balance is paid on the day.

4. Changes and cancellation

Any change (dates, times, number of children) should be requested as early as possible and is only valid once I have confirmed it.

If the family cancels less than 48 hours before the start, the booked hours may be due. The deposit paid for a birthday party or event is not refunded if cancelled less than 7 days before the date, except in cases of force majeure.

If I have to cancel (illness, force majeure), I will let you know as soon as possible and any deposit will be refunded in full.

5. Responsibility

Parents inform me of anything relevant to their children’s safety (allergies, treatments, instructions). The family is responsible for checking its liability insurance.
